SHIHo and I are doing the sun run in April! We're really excited and have started a training plan. We run about 4-5 days a week, strength training/cross fit once a week and get 2 rest days. We have only done one week so far. Here are some of the results

ReplyDeleteI love this!! Yay Sun Run. Do you have a time in mind? Remember it will be crowded (especially at the start) so it is hard to run your pace the whole time. Excited to watch you track this training the next few months. My best Sun Run is just under 45min… my worst is 1:05 from the very back of the walking group with my baby in a stroller. :)
