Loco Motion

     On Tuesday we did the Loco Motion for fitness. It was OK. I felt like shiho and I were the only ones who were trying. A lot of people would sit down or go outside for a few minutes or push themselves too hard that they can't go through the whole minute or the whole 30 seconds. We pushed ourselves the whole minute/30 seconds and even now, two days later, my legs are still sore. Going up the stairs and even going to the bathroom kills my legs!

Capture the flag

For PE we had choice outside. There were three choices but everyone decided to play capture the flag. The game was OK but I didn't think the teams were slit equally. All the black shirts were on one team and everything else was on the other team. I was wearing a dark blue shirt but I was able to sneak onto the other team. I honestly didn't think that was a very good idea because even though we had all of the fit people on our team, the most fit people can't get 5 people at once, it's too tiring and we can't split up into 5 different people and chase each person individually. The game resulted in a lot of people cheating and by trying. I still had a good time though because I brought a ball back!!!

Pond run x2

    The next fitness we did was the pond run. Personally I have never really been a fan of the pond run but it was alright. Shiho and I were super tired and the whole time Mr Neuf never caught up to us except for the very last run and he did end up catching up to us but at the very last second! We ran super hard and I was really light headed and dizzy after!! Then shiho and I got switched into the other class with Yulia and we had to do the pond run again. I felt that the second time we did the pond run we were did better. We ran a bit faster and were more tired than the first time and Mr Neuf didn't pass us this time!(but he was really close) I think I work harder with Shiho and Yulia. Fitness is great

First fitness

For the very first fitness of the year, we did the beep test. I got a 9 so that's my starting point and I hope that I can keep improving throughout the year! I did 20 push-ups, plank for 1 minute and 30 seconds and my vertical was 30 or 35. I also got 12.11 on the t-test. I think I did well for the first fitness testing right after summer! I still exercises and went on runs during the summer so my fitness level never really dropped.
