For fitness we did the beep test again. I actually kinda wanted to do the hill run but that's ok. The beep test was fine I beat my score from last time by .4 so that was good. I wasn't expecting my fitness to be way better because it's only been a month but what's important is that I'm improving. Here are my scores:

This is me proving that I got a 5 by showing that I cal touch the wall with my full hands. I'm flexible because I'm pretty hyper mobile.
These are pictures of when I started the plank and when I finished. In the first picture it says 14:58 and in the second it says 13:40 so that shows that I did plank for a minute and 18 seconds

Your doing really well with your blogs and you know that you can do better then that. Also your doing great keep it up.
ReplyDeleteI think for you with your running the beep is a good goal… I would also encourage you to consider ways to boost your body bridge as this represents core stability. Core work is a big part of how your body shape and posture are developed. It is WAY more than just sit-ups too so looking into some of the trickier yoga poses might be a start. Or dancer workouts. :)
