For fitness we did the beep test again. I actually kinda wanted to do the hill run but that's ok. The beep test was fine I beat my score from last time by .4 so that was good. I wasn't expecting my fitness to be way better because it's only been a month but what's important is that I'm improving. Here are my scores:

This is me proving that I got a 5 by showing that I cal touch the wall with my full hands. I'm flexible because I'm pretty hyper mobile.
These are pictures of when I started the plank and when I finished. In the first picture it says 14:58 and in the second it says 13:40 so that shows that I did plank for a minute and 18 seconds
