Friday morning zombies run


This morning Shiho and I went running again! we played zombies run. I was really happy with myself because I killed myself trying to achieve my goals from the last time I played. I ran about 1000 paces more than the last time I played and this time I ran 179 paces/min so that means I ran a little bit faster than the last time I played! What I would like to improve on is that even though I got more paces and more paces/min, I stopped running and walked a couple of times. Next time I want to run the full half hour without stopping!

Saturday afternoon run 💛

Today Shiho and I went to goldstone to play zombies run. It's an app where you run away from zombies but it's really fun and it actually has a story line. I really like it because it motivates me to run faster because i don't want to get caught by zombies. I was happy with my run today because each time I play I run a farther distance than the before! Next time I play, I'm gonna try to run a farther distance and run for a full half hour instead of 27 minutes!!

Thursday

On thursday shiho, yulia and i did some workouts to get stronger. We did a few workouts from a fitness instructor/youtuber named cassey ho. Sometimes i follow her series'. Next time I do this, I want to waste less time figuring out what exercise to do so we can do more than just do videos and I also think that we should use up more space instead of being so close together so we have more room. (The eagle abs and the criss cross' were really hard and my stomach was sore the next day.)

Insanity

Today we had fitness and for fitness we
had insanity!! I dont know why but it seemed a lot harder than usual but maybe i just got really unfit. The next day i was really sore and in a lot of pain but i like the pain because i feel like i got something out of the workout. Next time i want to take less breaks around the end.

February 4/14

Today we did the beep test again. It was ok i was disappointed because last time we did the beep test I got 10.7 and this time I got 9.8 or 9.9. I don't really know what happened but I'll work really hard to get back to 10.7!
