I am having a lot of fun in PE this year! My friends always motivate me to do better and I try my best to encourage them to work their hardest! I also try to brin a positive energy to the class to make PE better for everyone. I especially work hard during fitness. I actually love fitness because its the time to prove how hard you will actually work. Even if my friends and I aren't the most athletic people in class, when it comes to fitness we push ourselves as hard as we can! Everyone should be tored and sweaty after fitness because everyone is capable of trying their best unless it's actually really serious. I love waking up the next morning because it proves how hard I worked the day before! If we quit whenever we start feeling uncomfortable, we won't achieve anything!

November 4

We had fitness on monday this week. For fitness we did the beep test
Beep test-8.6
T-test-12.9
Body bridge-1 min
Height-290
Sit and reach-5
Balance-8
Push ups-10
I did pretty much the same as last time for everything except the beep test. I did way worse than last time and it was my fault. It was a monday and i didnt get enough sleep and i didnt eat a proper lunch. Usually i have a banana before fitness but i ate junk food for lunch this time oh well we learn from our mistakes!!

October 29

We had fitness on the 29th i think? We went outside and did fun races on the field!! I got tired after the first one even if it was just running, i didnt know the fields width was so long wow. For the wheelbarrow one, i did mist if it and i was really sore the next day.
