September 27

That day was fitness and we did the loco motion one. I had a lot of fun doing it with my friends and we encouraged each other to keep going and finish it. Other people finished at 5 but we went all the way to 0! I kept slipping when I did the push ups because everyone was sweating a lot and that was really gross but also good that we sweat a lot. The next day my arms, chest, abs area, and legs were sore!!

  1. I like that you have an evidence of you working hard during gym! I know that your face doesn't get red but all that sweat shows me that you try your best in class :) Good job!
